Improved layout for small screens
Minor, but long overdue, layout improvements for users with 800x600 resolution screens
Sellers can indicate free Post & Packing
Sellers can choose to indicate free post and packing.
Stock lists will highlight the minimum order value required to obtain free P&P.
This option is set under 'YOUR ACCOUNT' and globally affects all the items in the sellers stock list. Please Note When free P&P is offered, sellers still have the ability to add P&P to the invoice to allow for exceptional requirements, but the seller should notify the buyer if additional costs are to be charged. We would like your feedback on this feature

Available stock level is automatically checked when approving an offer
The system highlights any offers that no longer have sufficient quantities of
stock to satisfy them. This helps the seller decide whether to approve or reject an offer.
Please Note: To acheive this the point at which stock levels are automatically adjusted in the order tracking process
has been changed. The system now deducts quanities when the offer is approved, NOT when the item is sent.
Automatic withdrawal of unsent goods
Any offers that have been approved but NOT marked as sent and invoiced by a seller are automatically withdrawn after 60 days. This simplifies the housekeeping of users accounts.

August 2008

July 2008

April 2008
Search result enhancements
Search results now fade in colour once the Rxchange subscription of the stock owner has expired.
The colour continues to "fade away" until the stock owner renews their subscription.
This is intended to help buyers decide whether to place offers on stock
that may no longer be available. The date the stock item was last updated is also shown
when the cursor is hovered over the product name.
A drop down filter enables only recently added stock to be displayed
Build your own favorite traders list
You can create a private list of buyers and sellers that you regularly trade with. This allows
you to quickly list new stock that they are selling and see how many new items they have added.
By default their new stock is listed at the top of the search results. "Your Favorites" is found at
the bottom right side of the home page. The number of new lines and the total number of items they
have listed is shown in brackets. To add a company to "Your Favorites" you need to know their
Rxchange company code. One of the places this can be found is in the popup product details window.
Typical payment terms
You can now add your typical payment terms to your account details. Sellers can
use this information to help choose which offers they wish to accept or reject. This information can be viewed by hovering the
mouse over the company name when approving an offer or in the contact details
on the order detail page.
Date product was added
The date a product was added to the Rxchange system and when the information was last updated
can be viewed in the product detail popup box. This can be opened by clicking the product name. (You must be logged in)
