Our objective is to make Rxchange quick and easy to use and it has been specifically designed, from the ground up, to meet the demands of busy pharmacies. Rxchange is a flexible product that can be tailored to your specific requirements. Some group based features are only available on the "Partner Club" tariff and for security reasons can only be changed by Rxchange account managers. Contact us to discuss your specific business requirements.

• Only RPSGB members and UK government approved manufacturers or wholesalers may trade on the site
• All accounts are manually approved before they are activated
• Intuitive user interface is split into three colour keyed sections - "Buy Stock", "Sell Stock" and manage "Your Account"
• Automatic email alerts are sent whenever an offer is made on your stock or your order status changes
• Real time "To Do" bar has direct links to any outstanding activites you must complete such as approving an offer and sending goods etc.
• Integrated order tracking ensure you can quickly see the current status of an order i.e. offer received, gooods shipped, goods received, invoiced, paid and order complete

Buy Stock

• Comprehensive product search including part of name and phonetic searching. Additional criteria such as Strength, Pack Size and minimum Expiry Date can be specified
• A-Z browse for stock
• Browse by latest stock added to the system
• Search results can be sorted and shortlisted
• Popup window shows sellers contact details and full product information. Email enquiries to the seller can be sent directly from the website
• "Other items from this seller" can be viewed by clicking the location of the product
• Detail and contact information is only shown to logged in users
• % off list price automatically calculated (from figures provided by the seller)
• Wholesaler stock shown with special icon
• Partner icon shows stock held by members of the buyers Partner Group
• Filter search results by Partner Groups

Partner Trading

• All users are members of the UK Rxchange group by default
• Partner (or closed) user groups can be created
• Users can be members of one or more closed user groups
• Stock can be displayed to the the UK Rxchange user group or restricted to only the sellers closed user groups
• Which user groups can see stock can automatically vary depending on the age of stock
• Stock price can automatically vary depending on age of stock
• Stock items can have more than one price, therefore closed user groups can see a different price to that seen by the UK Rxchange user group

Your Account

• User editable login name, password, email address and contact name
• VAT number can be stored
• VAT can be added to P&P if required
• Default invoice notes can be stored
• Subscription history
• Printable subscription invoice

General

• Black List prevents specific products from being added
• White List improves data integrity
• Custom Black/White Lists can be requested
